Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Shipping Rates
- Orders $49 and over: Free shipping
- Orders under $49: $12 flat-rate Priority Shipping
Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Processing Time
Orders ship within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Carriers & Delivery Time
Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Most orders arrive within 1–5 business days after they ship, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. If your tracking shows no movement for several days or your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us and we will help you resolve it with the carrier.
