Return Window

Due to the nature of laboratory products, all sales are final. If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will replace it.

Eligibility for Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of any items, whether opened, used or unopened.

• Products stored improperly or exposed to non-lab conditions.
• Customized, special-order, or clearance items.
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
